I’m Martin Zvonár, a portrait photographer from Pezinok. I focus on artistic portraits and nudes. My aim is to create images that radiate emotion – ones that are more than the sum of their parts and can go on to live a life of their own.
In my work I try to step away from the traditional “male gaze” and offer a gentle, authentic view of beauty. I care about natural beauty – soft makeup and minimal retouching. I believe beauty isn’t about perfection: even wrinkles, and the things we don’t always like about ourselves, can be beautiful in a photograph. I want the photos to help you look at yourself more kindly.
You don’t have to be a model – I guide you through the whole session, so you don’t need to know how to pose. You’re always in control of the style and how much you show, and I never push. If it helps you feel safe, you’re welcome to bring someone close to you. Your privacy is a given for me: the photos are yours and nothing is published without your explicit consent.
